Congratulations on joining Melbourne's 'choir and choir of choice' for contemporary singers. We're here to make your membership as seamless as possible. If you're new to the choir be sure to do a couple of things while you're here.

Get the Team App Create an account in Team App first with a password. Then search for MCCHOIR and join. In settings (top right corner) you can Install the app to your home screen and under Events and Gigs select "Subscribe" to add events to your Calendar

Upload a Profile Pic on the Team App We want to get to know you - by uploading a photo and including a short bio description it helps us put a name to your face.

Text any absences to the choir phone. Please DO NOT use the facebook members page to let us know you'll miss a session. Please make every effort to be at all your rehearsals for your home choir and ensure you are checked in. Some performance opportunities will have a minimum rehearsal attendance requirement particularly our big shows and we don't want you to miss out.

2020 is shaping up to be our biggest and most exciting year as a choir as we head into our 5th year and a new decade of singing together. We’re so glad you have come on board. Just so you know MCCHOIR is a culture driven choir and reliant on all our members living the things that we value especially the value of ‘belonging’. To help along those lines we are launching the “M-Fam Experience” - you’ll hear more about that from our membership and retention lead - Di Sleeman throughout the year.

ChorusClass App - update your app and give it a go
ChorusClass app allows you to rehearse with your parts anytime anywhere with a single tap on your smartphone or tablet and rehearse by muting / unmuting the different parts while you sing along. All of our songs are uploaded to the app for rehearsal purposes. There have been a few bugs in the past versions so ensure you have downloaded the most recent version 2.1.5 for a better experience.
You can download the app for your portable device or follow the link for the Web App to run it on your computer. When opening the app allow each step to load before progressing for a smoother experience. For use out an about with your phone open the songs when you are connected to wi-fi then the songs will open without using your data when you're out an about. Any troubles using the app ask your teenager. Let us know if your experiencing any bugs so we can tell the developers.
NOTE: Please don't use your mobile phone whilst driving - download the files from Dropbox and upload to your favourite player for hands-free. Driving whilst using your phone is dangerous and illegal and can result in heafty fines.
